The Mock Conference Process: (How it Works)
Sometime in February, A.A. members who have pre-registered for the Mock Conference will be assigned a conference committee with selected agenda items (including background information) for review, discussion, and vote.
The committee will bring that vote and recommendation back to the main meeting.
The entire Conference Body will listen to the recommendation and vote as a whole.
If you are attending on-line, you will be assigned to a virtual committee. If you are attending in-person, you will be assigned a committee at the location.
